Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 business days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Upon return, items may be exchanged, refunded to your original payment method, or credited as store credit. All returns must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product must be returned within 30 business days of the RMA issuance.

Please Note:

  • A 15% open box fee, plus a 25% restocking fee (total 40%), applies to products that are opened or appear used or damaged.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    1. Special orders or custom-configured products.
    2. Products sold “as is,” “used,” or those that have been installed or used after receipt. All archery products are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.
    3. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment.
    4. Clearance items or discounted products are final sale.
    5. Clothing items with removed tags.

Return Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insuring your package for safe return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any shipping charges incurred for refused shipments.
